I get information from multiple sources that Azerbaijani soldiers seems to be entering Stepanakert.

The Azerbaijani Armed Forces from the neighboring areas of Stepanakert, use a variety of firearms, violating the agreement on the ceasefire.

Shots can also be heard in the center of the capital.

People in many cities & towns of NKarabakh /Artsakh are surrounded by Azerbaijanis who blocked main routes & still fires to civilians.
There are hundreds of injured without any possibility of medical treatment. People have no connection to share news from sieged towns#Genocide

There are at least 400 #Armenians, residents of #NagornoKarabakh who are on #Azerbaijan‘s list of people that Azerbaijan wants surrendered to be jailed or worse. Women citizen journalists, people who are on social media are likely on the list, because Aliyev wants to silence them

Just now my friend was able to connect w/her relatives from Gandzasar/Vank village NK.
Gandzasar became the target of Azerbaijan in the 1st minutes of attack. Many civilians were killed.
Her uncle was killed by Az. bombshell & immediately buried in his garden bcs of regular fire.
