Why did Azerbaijani army kill the group of Russian PKs on the day of atrocities?
What did the PKs observe or try to stop that was unacceptable for the Az side to be documented?!
What happened in Tagavard, Karmir Shuka and other remote villages on Sept 19-20?!
A GENOCIDE!

Some glimpses into what’s happening in the shelters of Stepanakert. Thousands of people who fled from neighboring towns/villages because of Azerbaijan’s bombardement are now in crowded shelters, with no basic accommodations, no lights, no food, no medicine… and no homes pic.twitter.com/b41tZ9361i

It won’t end with Artsakh l, it won’t end with Syunik, it won’t end with Yerevan. It will end until the last Armenian is forced out of the Armenian Highlands. The millennia long Turkic goal of destroying the Armenian nation. https://t.co/Y9nuETxbqp

Power Issue
In all of Stepanakert, there are only 2-3 outlets with electric power due to the widespread power cuts imposed by Azerbaijan. People have been queuing for hours and asking even the ICRC to charge their phones. Internet or phone connection is also not guaranteed. pic.twitter.com/XtpvdfxPyr
