Another great show! Thank you so much for all those insights. I see the reasons for the rejoicing more clearly now. I pray you are right about the implications. Having become so habituated to losing so many cultural battles, I want to trust and rejoice in the jubilation. It feels, though, a bit like the Trump election. It seems too good to be true. And these feelings are uncomfortable.

I think God timed it perfectly. Roe vs. Wade was declared a right in 1973 and 49 years later, on the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which all about God’s love, Roe vs. Wade was overturned. In scripture a year of Jubilee will occur after seven sets of seven intervals (49 total) are completed. In a Jubilee, a man’s possessions (including his life) are returned to him. So the 50th year is sacred – it is a time of freedom and of celebration.
